NYCE: Own Real Estate for $100

I have had to contact them to have my money put or show up on the app. Now my account is on $0.00 and I have no way on the app to chat or reach them. The app ask for me to pay for membership now. I don’t think we are going to ever get dividends or our money back.

So , it’s been years I’m on this app. I forgot about it for a year and then I reconnected,I had some wishlist but it’s all gone . Also now if you want to use it you need a membership, and they do stocks and crypto now . This is a big joke , stay away from

Guy is a scammer, you won’t touch that money again

My friend and me have been in this since the beginning. We posted our critic views or comments on what we think about this company, and I think they thought it was a bad for them and found a way to delete it. I think that money invested in NYCE is going to take very long time to even start generating returns, and much longer to generate profits or making anybody a millionaire They are not inventing the wheel about investing in real estate. They won’t do any different than many real estate apps and companies out there already generating income for their investors. By law those companies (such as Fundrise and others) can’t discriminate for the color of their skin, and they try to generate the most for their investors because thats how they compete and stay alive. I hope not, but this company (NYCE)are more taking advantage than helping minorities because of lack of their lack of education in investing.

I’ve had this app downloaded for months now but there are no properties to invest in. They all have been “added to my wishlist” with no word as to when they’ll become available to invest in. There’s also nowhere in the app to reach out to customer service either. It’s very frustrating and making me search for other investment options.

It really is the Robinhood of real estate. Hop on the bandwagon it’s never to late.

The signup was easy. There was some properties that required to join the waitlist. After clicking on all of which were on the waitlist, there was no confirmation unless I click on the same button again, then did they say that I was already in that waitlist. There was no the list or a history of waitlists I have joined. Otherwise, the app appears to be spiffy. Will look forward to using it again.

I’m super excited for this opportunity to invest in real estate. Since I’m still very much in the learning phase, I appreciate the fact that the app is user friendly! I’m a reader so I really like the News & Tips section. I hope information will be frequently add to this section.

I waitlisted for this app because I couldn’t wait to see everything it’s promised to be. For someone like me, with no investing experience at all let alone in real estate, this makes it accessible and easy to follow and understand. It’s also very motivating! I can’t put the phone down and want to learn everything the app and this group has to offer.
