I placed an order recently and not only did they delay the delivery TWICE with no explanation, they’ve also delayed the return process by 4 days now WITH NO UPDATE. i’m unable to get in touch with customer service either. I just want to return my pants for gods sake. Such a disappointing experience which is so sad cause Nykaa used to be so good. DO NOT order from them. Use myntra or amazon instead.
Most of the time there is payment issues
Their services are so bad parcels are never on time and if you receive a defective product they will take 15-20 days to just raise a return request and that’s also will be raised if you call them everyday and follow up or else forget that. Don’t ever order from this app rather pay 200-300 extra and order from the brands website. Or some other shopping app.
Cannot delete the address which might be duplicate, cannot update my email, so I tried deleting the app, now I am not able to sign up with same mobile number because the account is deleted, asks me to get in touch with support, Why? What were you thinking while developing it? These are some basic functionalities of the app, Not sure how it’s rated 4.7
Such a pathetic app nykaa fashion I will suggest everyone that plzz dont but anything from this app I order my products and already prepaid it , after 5 days my order is still in ready to ship atage There is no update from there side and after that when u want to cancel your order you are not supposed to do that and when u contact their customer care cell they wont help you with the note you can only cancel it at your doorstep only But definitely you wont receive anything from their end . I think if they cant handle their customers they should ideally shut it down na Pathetic experience and i think frat and last time i bought something from nykaa fashion
Once the order is placed they will keep change the delivery date, and status will be showing the product is moving as expected. They don't deliver on time and customer care pepole least bothered. I connected with Sushma she is not bother about resolving the query. Whatever you ask her reply is only not possible. I never order through Nykaa this is my second worst experience

Never had this problem before, I’ve done so much online shopping, but recently ordered something from Nykaa fashion & it was a prepaid order, they delivered just 1 item of the order, & the other Rs.6000 worth of items were not delivered, but they showed it to be delivered completely. On registering the complaint, the response I got that they couldn’t do anything, they had the audacity to say that everything was delivered & the brand from which they delivered has sent all the items, which isn’t true. There is no one that I can contact who could resolve this issue, plus they & the brand from which I ordered the clothing cheated me for my money.
A right place for your purchases, go ahead.
