The app doesn’t allow me to add a valid credit card.

I have been seeing MCU for years and then I was afforded the opportunity to become a member and the experience has been the worst, you can never get a representative when you need one and then when you do the have the nerve to have an attitude only reason I’m still with them is because my check goes direct deposit and dealing with HR to fix and change banks is a hassle

why don’t you update or fix the app? it doesn’t even open! all i keep getting is, “we are unable to process your request at this time. please try again later.” FIX THE APP!!!

Apps been crashing consistently leaving my card locked with no use, unless I call to unlock

I’m traveling abroad and cannot safeguard my account.

This app needs to be updated

I’m unable to login for weeks at a time because the app is not working

The app works few seconds and the next second it’s not working! I locked my card and I can’t unlock it because the app isn’t operational

The app crashes every other time I try to use it. I have to constantly delete and reinstall. I’ve been so upset because at times my card is locked and I’m unable to complete a transaction because the app has crashed and I am unable to unlock my card!

The app is great when it functions. But if I used more 2 times. When I log back in it’s gets stuck in a loop.
