It’s fine. It works. 2 stars because it doesn’t work in landscape mode on an iPad. It’s 2024… a huge percentage of the population uses iPad with Smart Keyboard in landscape orientation… and it’s not hard to convert this into landscape view. It’s time.

So much information and seems so secure. Really enjoying it. So easy to navigate.

I will like to get a call for me to detail on this, real and bad outcomes from changing insurances coverage with no orientation concerning health issues

I sometimes I’m seeing multiple doctors and I forgot what I am seeing them for or why I’ve been referred to them. If you could state what the doctor treats on the prepare for your visit or under the doctor’s name would be helpful. Also, I had a referral for Cardiology, but I cannot remember why. A little notation listing why I was referred to this particular doctor might be helpful because the medication I’m taking makes me quite forgetful. Thanks!

I am a very thorough person. When follow instructions they are number one facility to go to.

NYU Langone is supposed to protect our health and the first thing you see when you open the app is how much you owe. It seems that money and payment are more important than for instance welcoming the patient to tge apo or instead of “Amount you owe” it could say “How are you feeling today”
