You can’t create an account or browse films in the app. Just use the website…!

Who would of thought it would be so hard to watch old NZ material. For some reason Airplay has been disabled for this app. The only plus is that watching NZ films on a phone will certainly bring families closer together!

Absolutely terrible. Doesn’t screen mirror. Won’t work on Apple TV.

The app requires you to register with their website and then enter a code displayed on the AppleTV. This earns you the ability to buy or rent from their library of content. I couldn't find any free content, so had no way to judge the quality of the underlying service. There were a number of quality titles of interest, the ones I saw were $5 to rent or $15 to buy, but it wasn't clear how long rent was for or what rights or quality "buy" would get you. Overall I burned some time to try something and wasn't able to be persuaded it was worthwhile. My gut feeling is that with prices like these, it's not for me.

Just downloaded on Apple TV. All I see is a preview trailer / player test and settings that let me log out. Why can’t I search for films and buy rent within the app? Common NZFilm you can do better!

Why is there no search function? How is anyone supposed to know what movies are available. Even the web version doesn’t have a way of browsing all the titles on file. Terrible way of show casing our films

Cannot search for movies on your phone app. Waste of time

The app is adequate as a player - would be way more useful to buy and rent from within the app.

The app works. You can watch movies on your phone. You cannot watch movies on a television. This is rather ironic, as work created for the largest screens is forced to be viewed on the smallest.
