Can't use as a license license, RealMe doesn't work, can't even pay RUC... How much of my taxes went into this for no good reason?

Need to be able to add more than 10 cars so that people with large fleets can manage them

A typical government app more promises than results - I bet you congratulate yourselves for the good job done… when can we expect full payments via the app

I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max, but when I log in using a Realme device, the OTP page doesn’t go through. I think there might be an issue with Safari in this app.

A very limited app. It’s really just a front end for taking you to the relevant NZTA web page on mobile safari. What this app actually needs is a tab linking to road conditions / warnings / closures etc. NZTA’s highway conditions website is not particularly well optimised for using on a mobile phone (which when you’re travelling, is format you’re most likely to be using)

Good start but would be awesome if a digital license was possible. Any plans to build in the road closures/journey planner into the app? That would be handy.

I’ve been working with computers extensively since 1990, and I’m struggling to get around the convolutions in this app. I can’t imagine how an unsavvy person would manage. In the midst of setting up the required Real Me identity, I made the mistake of reading through the privacy info. When done, the only option to get out of this page was Cancel, and this wiped everything I’d done so far. When trying again, I wasn’t allowed to use my email address, or mobile number, as these were already used. Tell the technicians to step away, and get a. normal person to set up the process please.

App crashed during card payment. Funds debited but registration not renewed. Totally regrettable. Time wasting exercise. To be fair, NZTA is a government department so why would I expect anything other than this 🤷‍♂️
