Eligibility criteria
You can apply for an account if:
- Your company has a turnover of £1 million+ or deposits a minimum of £100,000. For property companies, assets exceed £1 million.
- You are a Director of one of the following company types: Limited Company, Private Unlimited Company, PLC, LLP, Overseas Company, or select Private Limited Companies.
- Your company is registered and active with Companies House in the UK.
- You are a UK tax resident, registered with HMRC.
- You are aged 18 or over.

We’re a fully regulated UK bank. Not only are we regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority, but we’re also covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), meaning all eligible deposits are too (up to £85K).
