Stuck on the same page as many others. It says its taking longer then expected to deposit the couple of cents to verify my debit card but I see the deposit, however the “already deposited” button does not work.

Every time I try to add my debit card it says the address verification failed. Some odd reason it says it’s not the same address which I know for a fact it is. Horrible!!

You submit all your info and you get nothing. Don’t waste your time.

Really buggy and does not work

I have been stuck on the same page now for three days. Their software needs a revamp. So if you’re looking for a quick loan this is not the app for you. I have gotten to the page that says we are verifying your payment method and then it says it’s taking awhile for my bank to receive the deposit. The funny thing is it’s not my bank I received the Oasis test deposit three days ago. When I click the already received the deposit that button doesn’t work. So I have been stuck on this same page for three days. It says contact customer service but the AI chat bot doesn’t know how to answer the question. So I’m stuck and no one to escalate the problem to. If anything changes I’ll update my review. Until then it’s a 1 star.

This app is garbage, I tired to connect my bank about 8 times and each time it said error.

I signed up everything was going fine after connecting my card they ask to send a small deposit to verify, i check my back and i had received it so i go to press i received the deposit and it doesn’t do anything after a minute it says deposit took longer than expected to send we will notify you once it has been sent. But i see that it was already sent, I have tried 3 times with no luck
