Ticket types and routes are not explained at all. Horrible UI. Should be completely rewritten from scratch. Do better.

One of the worst app for buying online tickets. Really really bad. I used 3 times and I swear every time I had to pay twice for my ticket because the first transaction wasn’t successful. It’s so bad that at the end I had to pay again on the bus because it wasn’t showing the ticket in the app. Please don’t download this app.

App non proprio friendly, un po’ macchinosa, però sarebbe importante l’integrazione con Apple wallet… mi sono trovata a dovere convalidare il biglietto con il controllore e il telefono non prendeva….

Es funktioniert oft nicht, was zu Unannehmlichkeiten an Bord von Zügen führt, so dass die Integration mit Apple Wallet und Apple Pay fehlt. Ziemlich schwerwiegender Mangel: die Nichtangabe von nicht umbuchbaren Tickets. Dinge die die trenitalia app hat

App abbastanza scomoda a differenza di quelle italiane tipo Trenitalia e Italo. Manca Apple wallet Apple Pay Pure il treno in ritardo di mezz’ora scomodo e senza posti a sedere

Sembra funzionare ma a parte l’acquisto dei biglietti è fatta molto male. A volte carica, a volte no. A volte crasha, a volte no. Boh
