Helpless
Helpless support, trying to contact in 3 days to get help on my pro plan, 0 reaction, 0 help, 0 answers.
Not sure if this is a good buy
No customer service help Said they would get back to me within two days it’s been three still no reply. Not sure if I buy credits when purchasing something with credits. If I have to do it again do I have to buy more credits for the same thing. Not a lot of information nor live help to better navigate the system.

Why isnt the OBDeleven V1 compatible with the new app?

come on you really shouldn’t be charging to go back from rainbow to stock. The program. Should be set into the iDrive setting. That’s pretty messed up.
A major bug
I bought OBDeleven about 2 years ago and have been using it on all of my VW’s with no problem. Have used the live data function numerous times, the quick apps were awesome, HOWEVER. I recently made the switch to an F10 BMW and every time I open the app to scan the car or do whatever, the car cycles itself. So it shuts off the car completely then cycles back to accessory mode. This should not happen, it isn’t normal. Also, the lack of a live data panel is a huge downside. I need to see when the car last did its regeneration, how clogged the dpf is, and various other parameters. PLEASE FIX/ADD THESE FEATURES!!!
App keeps crashing when i try to sign in
i just made an account and verified my email and now when i try to sign in on the app it just crashes to my phone's home screen.

I can’t do anything even with credits,now I bough 100 for nothing
Very limited
Got this scanner after checking that my vehicle (BMW) was supported. But in reality it can only do a very basic diagnostic, there is no One-Click application available, etc. Disappointed.
Not supported
I don’t understand why they can’t leave the old version for the owners of previous gen devices. Forced obsolescence. Will never get a new device from this company.
