Your app is absolutely worst in experience!! For every time had to restart the mobile!! Even before payment time had to restart mobile. Quite embarrassing in front of family members and friends , waste of time ! Also fair is higher than other regular CNGs.

Worst app forever. I tried atleast 10 to 15 times for ride from October to March. Rider accept and called me. Then they said to wait. But I saw that they are in the same place in the map. After waiting me 10/12 minutes they cancled the ride!!! Killing of time!!!

I couldn’t get any cng since January. Most of the trips are cancelled by the drivers. It’s just a waste of time. I used to be a regular using obhai.Nowadays it’s really disappointing! Definitely not recommended❌❌

After choosing the destination on the map, discount page shows up to choose among available discounts but the “confirm” button doesn’t work as a result cannot proceed any further with the ride request something that makes app completely useless! (*Update: problem fixed, app working fine now)

Abysmal service of digital payment. Most often have network problems and have to pay cash. Also, not enough rides. Usually nothing is available.

I can’t see obhai miles is being updated. Doesn’t that work anymore?

There is a severe shortage of rides in this app. Can't get a ride when i need it the most. Dont recommend.

App isn’t interactive, doesn’t show real-time activities. Please follow other apps and consider them as benchmark for your own improvements.

While ride starts and destination duration time excessively incorrect! While rider is trying to close the app he failed then have to call helpline and able to cancel the ride! Is this acceptable at midnight like 12 AM?

Please fix on your payment method system. I think you have badly systematically issues.
