There are currently two separate Ocado apps to ensure we continue to deliver the best online experience while we make some important updates. This version of the app covers EX, TQ, CF, NP & SA postcodes, as well as some (but not all) BS, TA, DT & GL postcodes.

Easy to use and convenient
This app is great, so simple to use and so convenient. No more store visits!
Terrible
Been with Ocado 20 years plus and now you inflict this on me. All I want to do is place my usual order based on Favorites. Goodbye Ocado.
New tiny font I cant see!
I can read text in all my other apps, but for some reason all the text in this new Ocado app is much smaller. I miss the old app as the UX was so much more cohesive.
Still no improvements despite updates
The search still fails to find products. The experience is still terrible in comparison to the old app. It will be interesting how Ocado performs when this is rolled out to everyone.
Drop in service
I have been an Ocado customer for a few years and have always been impressed with the service and quality but when Ocado changed their app the service has become difficult in as much as it is easy to put the goods into the trolley but then it won’t let you check out, I find this quite frustrating, I am a disabled lady and cannot get to the supermarket do I need a reliable service, I don’t want to change my delivery store but if Ocado don’t get this sorted then I will!!!
No need to shop elsewhere!
Love the huge variety of brands at great prices. Delivery drivers are amazing! Thank you all !
This app barely works
I don’t understand why there are 2 Ocado apps but this South West version that I am forced to use is awful. It either 1. Does not load or 2. Will load half a home screen but won’t load anything further. If you’ve managed to get past problem 1 by reinstalling the app multiple times then problem 2 can happen in the middle of you shopping. What was wrong with the old app - why am I being geographically discriminates against by Ocado!
Checkout not working
Doesn’t allow me to checkout. Deleted/reinstalled app, logged out and back in but same problem so having to use the web browser. Please fix!!
