This is so helpful. All science-based and actually works for managing OCD

A bit hokey

Well intentioned app, but many of the exercises lack depth, and have you agreeing with positive phrases like ‘I am unstoppable’. I am not hoping to replace one form of excessive perspective with another equally unworkable one in social environments.

Annoying

Annoying inspirational quote notifications that you can’t disable.

Scam. Do not give this company any money.

Their modules don’t save progress. It’s been over a month of back and forth with the app devs for me. Amongst many, many other issues, that make the app nearly unusable.

Very helpful

This app is extremely helpful for cognitive reframing. It may seem simplistic at first, but the repetition really works. They are also constantly adding new content. Highly recommended. Devs - please consider making a reset button for entire modules so they can more easily be repeated. Currently, the app reverts to the beginning of any module you have already finished once. There is a reset button but it doesn’t hold once you exit the app.

Issue with billing

I somehow was charged for a free trail and requested a refund. Hopefully it will work out, the app developer seems helpful so I’ll trust it will be resolved. Because of their immediate response I’ll give 4 stars and not use the app
