I went through the whole process of creating an account, selecting my order, then on checkout there’s nowhere to enter your bank details to make payment. Looked in the profile settings and not there either. So APP kept giving me an error.

Says my address is invalid.

Add Address is not working. I just installed the app and it’s not adding the address. As soon as it shows the map the continue button disappears 😏

The app does not pick up my address so i cannot use it. And it is not very user friendly.

This app is absolutely horrible. It doesn’t work and completely Inconvenienced myself and whole lot of other people. Please don’t download it for you own good

Managed to get all the way to payment, made the payment from my bank but then the app crashes? Can’t go back have to close the app and restart it. Money has left my account but can’t see any previous orders?

Order status only updated up to “accepted by business”. No indication on completion and collected by driver.

I used the app to order. Went to pick up and the branch claimed they had not received the order. Useless if the branches are not checking online orders. The app is very basic anyway and OB don't seem to use any delivery services.

This app unfortunately does not function at all. Every time I am meant to place an order it takes me to fill in address, then I save the address then when I try to start order again it takes me back to same spot again. It does not even give options of branches near me. Very disappointed in this app.

A wonderful app that is a complete waste of time as the branches is not using this platform effectively leaving the customer waiting at the store. Completely shocking!
