I am having lots of problem in the shops not working with the new iphone15 pro max the NFC will not work in some shops like 7/11 seems works ok with MTR. You need to look into this. Also the verify Hong Kong ID card. The camera cannot focus with iPhone 15 pro max making it impossible to verify.

I paid on the app, for the octopus on my Apple Watch, but it doesn’t show on the app in my iPhone. It just doesn’t update. I added value before but it doesn’t show in my app but there is no email or phone number that I can reach out to solve the problem!

I have difficulty topping up my Octopus App. It’s usually successful when withdrawing money out but 30% will ended up in my Octopus wallet. Then, it’ll take a long time transferring to my e-Octopus. It normally happens during weekends and holidays. Do something please!!!!
