What psychopath came up with that annoying sound? They have never had to work in an office where it’s constantly going off. Other MGA product has a lower frequency dual tone notification that doesn’t another everyone. We all had to turn off sounds for this app it’s that bad.

I get the notification on my watch and only sometimes can I actually unlock my PC with the watch. Most of the times I have to get my phone out to unlock my PC.

Recently we change from Duo to this Octopus app, honestly it’s been a disappointment, specially because with Duo I was able to log in thru my watch. This app gives you the option too, with the difference that has glitches, 90% of the times the watch does not work and it gets annoying doing it thru your phone. Doing it from the watch makes it more efficient.

This is just an awful piece of software that wastes everybody’s time and provides zero value.
