OFBank Mobile Banking

I am unable to do anything that requires an OTP anymore because whenever it asks for it, it doesn’t send you one and if you wait out the timer and request for a new one, it will indeed send you an OTP but it will still be the first one you requested and not the new one so it’s virtually useless and if you do it enough times, you’ll get locked out. It’s a government owned bank so if the app is representative of the Philippines government, then it’ll explain why it barely works properly.

Please allowed the user to reset their Digital key for their new device. I swap my device with my wife and everything is working fine except for the DIGITAL KEY, i couldn’t register my new device it says you already register to a digital key. How can i reregister my device for digital key?

Just to change mobile number taking Soooooo lonnnnggg…. Its been a month when i request for change of my mobile but until now theres no resolution on their part. While the other bank or digibanks you can change it DIRECTLY on the bank app but for OF BANK you need to email first to request it is so inefficient!

I feel so sad.. its been 1 month now.. i can’t access on my ofbank app.. i already change my password but its always said that im already log in but its not .. its always said i need to try it after 6 minutes🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️😞😞😞

Yung customer service nila wala nag rereply nakailang email na para ipaayus ung OTP kasi hindi nakaka recieve . Mga Ka Ofw mag dalawang isip muna kayo bago mag tiwala dto sa OFbank . Try nyu mag message sa customer service nila wala kayo mapapalang reply . Ilang araw na yung email sa knila.

Hi, I would like to share my experience here in KSA, I can’t receive an OTP right now with my DITO sim, but in my UB and Maya accounts, I don’t any have problems. Hoping you can solve this matter. Thanks

Im not disappointed but vey! very! very! disappointed. Please respect!!!! Imagine.... 5 days na po ako nag aaply sa app na ito ng Landbank excellent ang wifi signal namin pero palaging error ang system. Ang mahirap nito ayaw sa wifi so sa loob ng 5 days more than 10 times ay bigo ako sa kada araw. Ang gusto pala ay load data so nag load ako for data at nakapasok ako. Ang isa pa sa mahirap nito halos maubos ang data load ko dahil pagdating sa valid id presentation ng system at facial and video recognition ay ayaw mag match maraming maraming beses po. So hanggang ngayon ay hindi ako makapag apply. Landbank please!!!!!!!! Improve your system please!!!!! Please!!!!! Please!!! Po.

I experience automatically sign out when i always try to fund transfer to other account, i use other smartphones and it still the same.

I really like the OFBank App. Convenient and it has everything I need.
