I loved off white before and I was able to use it but for some reason every time I try open a product it crashes does anyone know a fix for this? thank you.

There is some bugs but most of them are not that bad and won’t ruin your experience but the app is a little slow, though most of the “bugs” Iv heard of are due to people not having a good connection. Iv gotten 3-4 clothing items and they all showed up with no problems and had decent shipping times

I’m glad they made an app

Tried many times to sign up. It kept telling me I had “Invalid credentials,” even though all my information was put in correctly. Wish I could get it to work. It seems like this a problem for a lot of poorly made designer brand apps. For now, disappointing.

The sign in is broken, then when a sale notification is sent, you tap it, the app opens and everything is full price.

I love OW but this app has been horrendously buggy to the point off me just using the website instead. I can only shop by searching and sometimes only titles show up but no images. Pretty upsetting.

This app never works. This is the third time I downloaded it the first time I deleted it because I thought something was wrong. Second time I had it on my phone for a while didn’t work. The brand seems nice The app is terrible
