I lost some staff from last visit
My only experience with them is very very bad. They didn’t show up on time. Their maid broke my vacuum and they couldn’t compensate me at all. They just wasted time texting, with no actual intention to do what’s right in such a case nor to seek my satisfaction as a customer.
The maids they send were not professional and awful.If I can give them score I want to give them 0. I will not use this company and not recommend this company
Bad customer service, not supportive
This is the worst company ever u can use for service. Their people unplugged my fridge causing the spoil of 15kg of meat i had and a very bad odour over my house Their customer service agents are so bad they do not pick up when u call and they are very bad respondent they even hang the phone in your face
I just had order with this company for today and I promise this is the last time I will use their service. My order is 4pm-6pm, and I don’t see anyone come here until 5:40pm and there is no any call even from this company. This happens to me many times already, so I really can not stand. I’m fine for the mistakes, but not again and again, so I have to say that they have very poor service.
I use to use their services few years back and it was ok, lately their organization is horrible, 1 mistake can happens but it been 3 times already that I make a booking for certain date and time and they just decided to change the timing and the date, after they call you to inform that has been cancelled without consulting first. And if you cancelled they want to charge you, saying is all they have so you have to adjust your plans. First time agree to change to a different day with same rate, but on the day they ask me to pay the extra difference because it was weekend, after a long discussion I request a cancellation and refund of my money which I never got. And today it happens again, plus the lady on the line does not know anything about customer service and dealing with complains, not helpful at all... never again will book with this company.
I have used the service of offer maids so many times at the beginning the service was good but with time the maids are either late or shows up one hour after the time, they always call you the day of your booking to tell you that the timing that you have booked I t he app and was confirmed is no longer available, very poor communication. Today i have ordered two ladies at 12pm for two hours, someone form the company called me at 11:30 after I have paid of course and got the confirmation to say that they don’t have cleaning ladies available and that he can only send 1, I tried to be understanding and said ok no worries just send one for two hours even if this was very inconvenient. She showed up at 1pm one hour late and the big surprise the lady have never worked in cleaning before, she did not know how to make the bed nor changing the sheets, she did not know how to use the vacuum cleaner, she started mapping immediately, I had to show her and explained that this was the last part, she said she was sort and that this the first time she cleans which is fine if she got some training but unfortunately she did not. I needed up cleaning hand in had with her to explain everything, the worst part is that when I contacted the company to complain the manager is telling that the lady is a professional like I was inventing the story. Will never use their services again.
I made a reservation with this app, but the maid didn’t show up. I gave it 30 min and then called the support. The support were unprofessional and asked for my number (which I was using to call) 3 times. And then asked me if I’m sure I made the registration ( which was on his screen) then they informed me it was rescheduled... no one called, texted nor sent an email to inform me with this reschedule. I’m giving this review not about the rescheduling, but about their unprofessional customer service and operations.
