- Access a live map to find the closest station or take a peek at available bikes. You can also keep track of your favorite stations.
- Purchase your Membership and checkout a bike all from the Mobile App.
- Don’t have a membership? No problem. Simply use the Mobile App to unlock the bike virtually.
- Start the timer and get an alert before you need to dock.
- Notice a flat tire or other issue? Report any concerns from the Mobile App.
- Keep track of your previous rides, total miles ridden, and more with the Mobile App.

This is an absolute failure.

No good

System is not properly set up. It is in no way easy to rent a bike for around town. A family cannot rent a bike easily, made vacation stressful. Company is definitely loosing business when only allowing bike rentals through the app. Forth bike would make lots more money with a coin option or a credit card tap option.

Remember to set up an account before you ride.

It takes a few minutes to set up an account for the first time so best to do it before you try to hire one. After that it’s so easy. Walk up, pop in the bike number and off you go.

Did not work

Spent 20 mins trying to register for it not to work

Absolutely thrilling ride.

Took a pedelec out for a spin around Stirling University and it was such a pleaseure. Basket on front and lovely riding position. Very simple to use. Now I just need a docking station beside bridge of Allan train station 🤣.
