Member discount doesn’t work

I have just ordered kit for my grandson and even though I did it on my membership login I have not got my discount This is not the first time this has happened You need to make your ordering process user friendly

It’s a good app the prices are not to high unlike most apps it’s so good use this app

Really needs work to enable the end user experience to not frustrate from search, more pictures for items and payment process. Very disappointing.

The store is pretty unreliable on the App, it rarely takes me to check out. Also LFC need to create a single sign on for all their websites as logging in is very fiddly

I’ve never once needed reloading. It’s a great app and I love it. It also doesn’t bombard you all the time while keeping you updated, especially when the new shirts come out & special editions. This app is also great for me living in a very rural area on an island with limited shops, plus I know there’s no middle way so more of my money can go to Liverpool then some retailer - it’s another way of showing my support especially as I’m too disabled & poor to attend matches. Thank you Liverpool FC & all the people working hard on this app; please keep bringing us cool Liverpool stuff. ❤️YNWA97♥️
