Me and my partner have been using official for the last 6 months. Whilst the content has been really good and we especially enjoy the quizzes as well as the daily questions. The new layout is clunky and not intuitive. The previous layout was much easier to navigate and something more akin to this would be better. As such our usage has reduced and I hope they have plans to refresh their look again as the hold to reveal features and tabs make it feel archaic and distracting not rewarding.
If they could fix the bugs and clunky UI I’d gladly go back to giving this a 4/5 stars, for the time being I’d struggle to recommend it to friends in its current UI
It’s so so slow
This would be a great app if it wasn’t so slow! Love doing the daily questions with my bf but we both have to sit and wait for the app to load, then for the question to load, then for the notification to see the other person’s reply load. We’ve been using the app for a while now, definitely for a few months and its always been slow but this new update has made it so much worse.
Good but…
It’s a good app, really cute, certain things behind the paywall are a little silly, others understandable and the app can either be really slow or never load

Being able to write little love notes, talk about questions that are intimate, see what each others values are feels so smooth and seamless ✨
My only problem is the cost for the premium features, if there was a way to use premium features through watching ads I’d honestly recommend it even more that I have!
Glitchiest app of all time
After seeing the app page on Instagram I thought it would be great. So I did some research, and despite the reviews decided to try it.
This is the single glitchiest app of all time. It’s terrible! You can’t even read one thing without the app just switching things and pressing buttons for you.
I was excited to try it but the other reviews are right - this app needs a LOT of work. It’s unusable.
Also if they’re charging SO MUCH for a premium membership, it should be top notch.
Really really disappointed.
Wouldn’t let me and my partner join a relationship together
I’ve used this app before with an ex, and wanted to get my new partner to use it with me but for some reason when either of us tried each others code it only came up with “membership not found” - I don’t know if it’s a bug or something but it is quite irritating, and I have also paid for the lifetime subscription too so being unable to use the app with my new partner devastates me as I used to think of it so highly.
Has been good
Me and my partner love this app, it has great features and we’ve been enjoying it. We have also considered purchasing the monthly subscription, until the app stopped us from doing so many quizzes (it’s our favourite feature). Unfortunately we have to wait 6 days to do more quizzes and it has put us off the app. Otherwise I recommend it!
Potential
Such a great idea but so buggy and slow at the moment it’s just too difficult to use. Intimacy swipes cause the apps to crash three times every day you do it (you get 10 swipes and it crashes on 7, 4 and 1). Daily question randomly doesn’t appear some days and then you lose your ‘streak’. Then, the position of ‘answer question’ and ‘skip question’ were swapped over, causing accidental skips all the time. Overall, app is extremely slow.
It’s a shame, because all the positive things other reviews have mentioned are true- it’s just too buggy to appreciate them!
Not as good as it used to be
When me and my partner initially got this app about a year ago it was amazing. Now you have to pay premium for pretty much everything, things we used to be able to do when we first got the app we now have to pay for. Disappointing as this has really changed how good this app was.
Forces logout every time
For an expensive subscription to force log you out every time you open the app is ridiculous
