OFX Money Transfer

Хотел было открыть счет и попользоваться сервисом. Но их не удовлетворяет обычный utility bill для подтверждения адреса, они требуют выписку из банка! Мой банк не отражает адрес клиента в форме электронной выписки (тоже тупость со стороны банка!), а идти в отделение я не хочу. Обязательное требование о банковской выписке для подтверждения адреса - тупняк и маразм на стороне OFX, так как (а) банк для подтверждения адреса для своих файлов все равно требует тот же utility bill (и непонятно, почему тогда он не устраивает OFX) и (б) получается, что без счета в «нормальном» банке я не могу открыть счет в финтековском сервисе. А зачем последний тогда вообще нужен? Ну да, типа комиссии подешевле, но принципиально полезность финтека сильно снижается из-за подобных абсурдных требований. О какой «смерти классического банкинга» тогда говорят адепты финтека?

Do not use this service. If the transfer does not take place and the money is returned to your OFX account, you will not see it again. In my case, they are unable to refund the amount back despite requesting and sending the necessary documents of the original transfer. It's a scam.

Excellent very easy with the OFX app

Because i can not enter a . on my German iPhone 4S. So I can't enter any decimal number.

On my iPhone the text labels for the 5 tabs at the bottom of the UI are too low and are impeded by the physical dimensions of the display and the horizontal line. Transfers essentially appears as “nfers” Settings essentially appears as “Settin” Recipients appears as “Recipie” Market appears as “rket” Transfer Now is not visible at all due to the horizontal line. Looks very unprofessional and has been like this as long as I recall. It annoys me a lot. Aside from this the app serves its purpose.

Really poor service. Over a week of calling to get my account up and running.

I’m so glad to be able to use this instant platform who also gives (exchange rate is better) More to the cause you’re sending $$$. The Only down side is that I can’t send on the weekend but it’s Not a deal breaker. Just glad that my family who have an instant need have access to funds for safe food, water and materials to repair shelter are able to do so. Thanks again.

Every time I try to use this app to transfer it just gives me a generic error message “We are unable to give you a rate right now”. I contacted support but they were not at all helpful.
