The One Goal At A Time app is a 100 % private tool (no spying nor tracking here) that helps you become the best version of yourself through goal setting and tailored reminders. You start each day by setting a goal, a challenge that you choose for yourself. The app will help you throughout the day by sending you reminders at a pace decided by you, so that you stick to your goal. At the end of the day, or when you are ready, you check in your goal and get a celebratory message if you succeeded, or an encouraging one if you didn’t. The app is here to help you try and achieve your targets, and keep you motivated and uplifted if you didn’t. You should always be proud of what you can achieve and never ashamed of what you can’t. You can set one goal per day or several, setting a new target after checking the previous one. Going one goal at a time is a way to listen to yourself, forge ahead in a path that is uniquely yours and quiet the omnipresent noise in our overachieving culture that everything needs to be done at once. Go at your own pace and set goals that motivate and ring true to you, because everybody has their own journey. Maybe an aspiring runner will find a challenge into setting the goal to go for a 30-minute jog, while for someone else, smoking less than 5 cigarettes a day is already a step towards better health.
