The Ohio State has done a great job developing this app. It is easy to use, easy to find information, easy to book appointments. It just works the way I think, so it seems natural and intuitive.

This app has everything. Test results, dr appointments, ability to contact your dr etc.

Wonderful visit

Would be nice to see a chart of last 4 lab results. Similar to the ones like Central Ohio primary

I am so thankful for this app. I can request appointments on the app. Once confirmed I can send to my calendar. I get reminders of upcoming appointments. I know my test results the same day or next day, but usually before my primary care doctor has reviewed it. I can request refills through the app and ask questions to any doctor on the network. Also, since I am not from Columbus and still learning how to navigate one street to the next I can use the app to give me step by step instructions/directions. The last thing I enjoy about the app is I can check in upon arrival to an appointment or cancel an appointment right from my phone.

I enjoy being able to keep in contact this way with my doctors when I need a refill. It makes a little lot easier than trying to call somebody or get a hold of somebody. This way the messages get sent straight to the doctor to get the refill that I need for medication’s and also if I have any issues or questions it is great because I can ask these questions right on this app. I really enjoy using it and I hope they keep using it thank you

When trying to type a message to my doctor for lab work testing and questions regarding past visit while I was typing the message I was kicked out about 5 times and had to re-answer the you might be charged portion. Thankfully, most of the time what I had typed was still there this was very annoying.

Great to be able to chat and connect with People!!! But terminology needs to be done for average users!

There are notifications of past due screenings such as mammograms that I am not past due on. The results from my most recent mammo in my results page in this app but the app still tells me I haven’t had it since 2020!! What is that about? I see no option to enter the last date I had it either!!

Organized well. Includes other charts from my GP and ER from hospital in FL. Able to view lab results and pay bills.
