Alerts & Notifications: Set alerts for low funds and be notified about upcoming bills.
Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.
Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Ohio Valley Bank customer service directly from the app.

SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.

GETTING STARTED
To use the Ohio Valley Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an Ohio Valley Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Overdraft fee is a joke….

So I had to overdraft to take care of a few bills, and within 2 hours they charged me the standard overdraft fee ($34) 3 TIMES today and 2 times yesterday when it’s only suppose to be ONCE per day!!!!! Costing me ($170) more into the negatives

Best ever!

It’s easy to negative and it keeps me informed at all times. If I have an issue the Jackson branch is so good and friendly and ready to help!

Device passcode MUST be optional!!!!

Some of us use devices in 100% secure settings. Some of us are far more of security experts than anyone at your bank or the app’s dev team. DO NOT FORCE US TO USE DEVICE PASSCODES! I’ve been with OVB for 37 years and I am going to change banks if you keep this up.

Horrible now forcing to have update ios16

I been using this app for few yrs and update when ask.. but now it forcing u to have to buy new phone to use the app .! I this don’t make sense I have other apps that’s not required me to do this , only one and it wasn’t important app. I deleted the app.. if something working why mess with it.. this makes me have to use web browser now… I blame both sides here Apple and bank app.. Ik Apple probably forcing u all to update for their agenda to make us iPhone users to buy new phone…

App disappointed

So you’re forcing everyone to purchase new phones to use your app. Our phones are old but still work just fine until you decide not to support anymore. What a disappointment.

Very disappointed in the new security update. My phone will not upload to 16 IOS. I am no longer able to access digital banking.

I would like to see you guys at more accessibility options for the Blind and visually impaired and a way to church for upcoming deposited in your account would say your Social Security check when it’s gonna deposit and just better. How’s the Airbnb kinda buggy sometimes
