Can’t see my results anymore because my phone is not capable of updating because it’s too old. Not buying a new phone just for updating.

I am unable to open it. Face recognition takes, but it stays on the login screen. You’re unable to tap anything. It becomes frozen. I am able to go to MyChart online. Please fix! -iPhone 12 EDIT: I uninstalled and reinstalled. It is working now. EDIT #2 It stopped working again and had to again uninstall.

Loved using the app until had to update, now it won’t allow me to use unless I have newer phone. Some of us can’t afford to buy new phones, we are on budgets. So I guess some of us folks don’t matter!! Stop changing things if they aren’t broke!!!

Not showing visits on mychart

MyChart is the best way to stay in contact with your Physician. Lab test results are understandable and come back so quickly. I can reach out to my Primary Care Doctor & her response is quick and thorough. Thank you OhioHealth for this Mychart feature. It works for me!

My phone is up to date with the latest version available. I am unable to meet the requirement for this app.

This app continues to tell me to update my iOS. I have updated it and still can not access the app. Please fix this!

The app quit working in april. Same as others, I get a technical error when I try to login. My info is correct and still works on the website.

My 7 plus will not download the upgrade which makes it useless. My phone is always with me. If an emergency occurs I can’t access. My chart and will not get another phone. Too expensive. Take into account older adults don’t walk around with the. 15
