Oil Effect is an easy-to-use photo editing app that allows you to turn your photographs into handpainted masterpieces! With just a few taps of the finger you can apply the photo effect so that your photo looks like it was painted with real paint on a real canvas.
Select any photo you like from your device’s Gallery and open it up in the main editor. Use simple slider to customize your effect by deciding how much detail you’d like to preserve and how strong you’d like the effect to appear. When you’ve finished, save your image and share it to your favorite social networks—it’s that easy!

Seems to be a nice app if it didn’t keep crashing
Great app!
Awesome! Absolutely love the effects!
Really like this app.
The effect is not as realistic as oil painting but I like the effects produced. It looks like a different kind of art. Hope more updates with new brush modes in the future. Thanks. Like it!
Wish it worked
App crashes every time you try to choose a new photo to work on

App keeps shutting down. Very frustrating. Love using it when it works. Hope there is a fix.

Absolutely love it. Works great and made the photos of our flowers look fantastic.
Crashed Not usable
As soon as you select a photo it crashes. Not usable at all.
