App doesn’t work!
I have tried multiple times to add a new device to the app, and each time it gives me an error message when it gets to 87%. I even reached out to support for help and followed the steps given. After it failed, the tech team person told me to contact our isp to change something to the internet, which my husband said it didn’t make any sense. Something is not right on the app. The previous app I used had worked perfectly. I now cannot use the app which had all the routine setting features. My robot vacuum still works but without the ability to use the app. Lastly, I even bought a iPhone thinking that might help. My previous phone was an android. Will OKP look into this app problem? Like I previously mentioned, the old app had worked perfectly on my old android phone. Other reviewers also had issues with the app not working.
