Amount deducted but not added to the wallet
I did the transaction from my account, added the UTR number but after 2-3 hrs the transaction in okto history shows failed. I have raised support ticket with transaction snapshot but no reply. No service from okto end.

Rating is in consideration as the app deals with many and too many flaws. Most important ones are wallet not getting connected. I lost 56 USDC while trying to stake on the recommendation ReHold dual. This app either needs to get its act together or opt to be removed from the App Store
Without Any Reason Account Suspend
There is no support, they have no work, no one can call, account is suspended without any reason, they also harass, no one helps, these people
