This is just fake application making people foolish & wasting there time on behalf of Booking appointment . I don’t recommend & don’t waste your time on this nonsense app

I booked an appointment with dr. Khadija Lin for an acupuncture session based on the recommended list of ola doc. As per the listing the session was for 5000/-. Upon arrival, I was charged the fees as only consultation and did not receive a written prescription or an acupuncture session. I left the shop after paying 5k where the doctor only checked my pulse and asked me to buy their Chinese medicine treatment for ten days costing 1000$. The shop had no staff or management and there was no communication before payment that the fee would not include an acupuncture session. A consultation as universal practice includes a detailed written prescription and diagnosis and in this case they gave nothing. I was misguided throughout the process. Ola doc listings are not trustworthy and can lead to scams. Also upon paying cash, you won’t receive a receipt unless you ask for it.

Worst ever experience . I wish I could give 0 star poor management Docter cancelled appointments after waiting for an hour wallah what the did to refund is so damn shocking they were asking me for transaction history for refund when I provide them no apology from them nor even refund that’s how they working

I've been a regular user of this app and have recommended it to many people, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. I booked a consultation, but when I tried to join, the app kept crashing and wouldn't let me in. When I contacted support, instead of helping, they blamed me for not starting on time! This is unacceptable. To make matters worse, almost 90% of my bookings are always delayed due to the doctors running late. The concept of the app is great, but the execution is seriously lacking. Instead of blaming customers, focus on fixing your app and service. I’m very disappointed and considering other options.

Do not rely on this app. Doctor says you have to get an appointment personally from clinic after booking from app. Poor behavior of doctors. They didn’t see the patient and never refund.

I had an appointment for 12pm for which a doc name Iram didn’t show up because she has an emergency, I thought, yeah right it can happen, than I got an appointment 3pm and again the lady didn’t show up! I called the helpline which btw were supportive and told me the the lady isn’t responding. Very bad first experience. dissatisfied with the doctor and the online consultation process.

This app might be useless for overseas for online consultation because I’m trying to book an appointment at dermatologist from yesterday and still this app get stuck and take me to homepage automatically, also change the time slot automatically. I have tried almost all dermatologists.
