Old National Mobile

App has worked fine for me most of the time. But with the ios18 update, there is no way to check my quick balance anymore. This is ridiculous. Old National had 4 years to update their widget system before Apple removed it. Fix your widget, ONB. Quit being lazy.

We are on the second IOS 18 update and widget for balances is still not available! Why are developers not ahead of this?

I really like the convenience of the app. It lets me know whenever a transaction is made and I’ve have my balance in real time. Thank you Old National Bank for providing such great service.

Having hours-days long updates where you are unable to access your account and therefore have no idea how much money you have, is absolutely unacceptable. This was never a problem when I had First Midwest, and ever since it’s become Old National, I’ve had endless problems with it, especially the app. I am self employed and constantly have to order inventory, buy shipping labels, etc. and I am constantly unsure if I’m overreacting my account when doing so, because the app is down. Not to mention how long things take to show up after purchasing, which again was never an issue with First Midwest. I absolutely would’ve changed banks already if that itself wasn’t such a huge hassle.

They need to update the software on this application or something because it’s always super glitchy and slow.

This app glitches so frequently it’s annoying. Highly considering changes banks because it’s a major inconvenience

I should point out that I am an employee of ONB…that said, I’ve always had issues with the app and banking system. I am so pleased to see all the changes and improvements. I especially like the notifications I am now getting on purchases, and that the “Pending” items having a description/vendor name. I still don’t understand why it takes so long for items to be posted; however, there are improvements there, too - but the Friday thru Monday stuff is an ongoing delay.

I plan on switching banks, purely because I can never access my balance. EVERY weekend the app is down, half the time over night the app is down. At least I can take the positive, It prevents me from making ill-advised purchases.. But its a garbage app.

Should be able to go back to a year of transactions.
