Tried to use the app but cannot. Can check what is the issue?

Cant even log in and so slow to load everything. “Error” comes out so many times so annoying

Tried to upgrade, but it is already the latest. Screen turned white and nothing was loaded. Couldnt even check on sale items and missed out the time.

Takes a while to load. Sometimes can’t even load properly while having a blank screen. OLENS is great but the app is a shame that its not as great )-:

i have 6 coupons including the new member one but they’re not showing on checkout :( can’t buy any like this

The app is a will not sign me in or track my package,thus it doesn’t work. Website on Chrome works better than the app.

This app is horrible. It crashes and quite slow to load. The same thing with their website. This review isn’t about the product, but if you must know, I’m a return customer of three years. I love their contact lenses.

the app is so bad i’ve given up trying to order multiple times. it’s the worst app i’ve ever used. it’s buggy, slow, and freezes all the time. it also constantly kicks me out.

The website and products are fantastic and stellar quality, but this app is buggy and clunky and 1000% awful. It’s like from eons past and it makes me not want to order anything when I had to reload the app 10 times (hard reset) to LOG IN.

As the title says, its laggy and glitchy. You’re better off using the site version instead 💀
