La app no muestra productos disponibles es imposible mercar por este medio

I have family in Colombia that is in need, and I thought this app would really help me to get their groceries. I tried three times placing an order that was constantly rejected. I called Olimpica and they advised me to call my bank to take the hold of buying oversees with my credit card. I followed their advice, my bank took the hold off, placed the order, and the order finally went through. I was happy planning with my family on receiving the order later this week, and an hour later Olímpica cancelled my order with no reason. I guess Olímpica has plenty money and is not interested in any other card that is not a Colombian card. Ridiculous.

Anteriormente yo solicitaba todo el mercado por la app, finalmente esa es la función poder reducir el tiempo de ir a mercar. Sin embargo, después de la actualización la app nunca funciona, dice que los productos no se pueden entregar en la dirección y no deja proceder a pagar y si se llama a servicio al cliente de domicilios no pueden solucionar nada, es una pérdida de tiempo. Para que tienen una app que no funciona? Este problema se evidenció desde hace 2 meses y no lo resuelven. No les interesa tener clientes que compren digitalmente?
