App crashes constantly and is absolutely unusable. I can’t even search for things.

I couldn’t place an order in the app, everything is very slow, sometimes it freezes and it makes the shopping and user experience not good in the app!

it’s extremely slow and needs an update desperately. i am not able to check out using paypal either. not sure if that’s a paypal issue or the olive young app issue but its like they don’t even want my money

I don’t know what tech stack the developers use, but this app indeed is the slowest app I have ever used. I tried to buy 5 items recently, I know what I wanted but it took me almost 20 minutes to search and order. Like what?

This app is incredibly slow in response. It is awful to use and impossible to log in and keep logged in. I initially registered for an account on the website then I downloaded the app. When I attempted to log into the app with the new credentials, it keeps saying incorrect password. Keep in mind that all my log in credentials are saved on my iPhone password manager. There is no way that the password or username is incorrect. So then I waited a day to try again, same issue. I cannot log in. So I decided to register for another account in the app. Finally I logged in, as soon as I log out I cannot log back in. It keeps saying incorrect password. How frustrating this is to use. Also, if you think you’re getting more discounts by using the app and enabling push notifications, it doesn’t work. Good luck trying. I have finally decided to stop wasting my time and leave.
