Cannot check in, do not remember credentials and ticket number. Absolutely useless waste

This apps is very bad and always lagging. It keep saying try again. Seriously flight is good but this apps really need to improve badly

Any existing booking under my name is not shown even when I’ve logged in. Each time I’ve to key in PNR number. App developer should check other established apps like Qatar Airways or Singapore Airlines to learn the ease of use on their app. Make this app smarter please.

I cannot download the apps

After Indigo Airlines app this is the 2nd worst airline app I have ever seen. Has many bugs in it. Even after login it says login again. Doesn’t shows the mileage accrual. There is no link to report the missing miles. Who ever created this app need to be FIRED on the spot.

It’s useless and worst ever app

After updating the app my previous bookings disappeared, impossible to add new trip, complicated menu. I wonder, Oman Air can not find normal programmers?!
