You can download the app for free. Further use requires a subscription. At our discretion, we may decide to offer you a free trial per the terms displayed in the app. Please note that:
When opting for a subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country, which is displayed in the app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews and free trial automatically converts into subscription unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
When canceling a subscription or a free trial, your subscription/free trial will stay active until the end of the current period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded.
In addition to the purchased subscription, we may offer you add-on items for an additional fee, either one-off or recurrent. This purchase is optional: your subscription is not conditional on such a purchase. All such offers will be displayed in the app.

I don’t mind the App but they keep taking money out of my account. Over £70 every so often. I’m trying to. cancel the subsequent subscription and it’s impossible to do so.
There’s no option on the App to cancel. I emailed support and the instructions they’ve given to cancel does not work. A total steal and I’ll say fraudulent behaviour.
I’m speaking to my bank to see how to cancel the automatic funds that’s coming out of my account.
I’ll also report them to the watchdog. Whichever watchdog is responsible for this app.
I bought the app in good faith, I’ve used it for a few months. I now want to cancel my subscription and it seems impossible to do so.
No better than Fitbit app unless you pay extra for meal plan
As per the title. Unless you pay a lot more (premium) you won’t get a meal plan and that’s what I thought I was signing up for. I paid for 4 weeks and cancelled subscription within minutes.
Scammers
I wrote a review on how bad their subscription model is and how they make it difficult for users to unsubscribe or even to cancel trial on time (to me that’s the red line for an app because you can see what they are trying to do by looking at their cancellation/refund policy) and to me they seem like a collect-and-run company. I received a developer response today and all they could say is to email their support Dear customer Service (if you have any). It’s your “support” team’s response that made me give you a bad review.. they’re as useless as the app features and they denied the issue of unsubscribing . They charged me £38.95 for June while I was hopelessly trying to find the unsubscribe button especially since you don't send charge reminders.. all I got from your team was : oh sorry the unsubscribe option is done from the website not the app Seriously! This is how you think you will grow a business?????????
Absolute scammers!
They introduce their “plan” at an additional £24, when you click to view what the plan is they automatically take your money without even letting you know what’s in the plan or if you even want it! I asked for a refund and they said no. They use clever tricks to get more money out of you, misguiding people and the worst of it all is that I havent actually lost any weight at all.

Very poor app and makes it difficult to cancel subscription by telling you to go to the App Store but this does not work and I’ve just been charged £75 again for 3 months. You must cancel it on the website

Below average. Everything that the app is offering you can find for free online. Believe me you don’t need absolutely anything that this app is offering. I’m feeling scammed after paying for it. AVOID !!!
Waste of money
If you really want a diet / fitness app, there are plenty out there that do not rip you off like this one
MyFitnessPal does everything this app does but at no charge. You put your information in thinking you are purchasing a decent app, absolutely no point in the purchase.
Tried to inform the Omo support team that they have basically scammed me as all the information the get you to put in has no relevance to the PAID version of the app may I add. Didn’t even want to entertain me with a refund, just said all payments are final and basically my opinion is irrelevant. Don’t download this app you’re wasting your time.
Not good and takes money
App does not have many features and it doesn’t show in the Apple Store under subscriptions, so after the trial they charge you without any idea on how to cancel. This is the first time I have been unable to cancel a subscription via the App Store. No reminders are sent about the trial period ending either so you’re blind sighted on a random charge. Would not recommend.
DONT TRIAL OR BUY THIS!

Be aware that signing up for a weeks PAID trial actually signs you up for rolling WEEKLY payment of nearly £18!!!
Moreover, you CANNOT CANCEL your subscription easily. There is no option on the app. Again, OMO will say that this is all in their T&Cs blah blah blah. However, it is clear to me they are using tactics to gain as much money as they can from this. All the other reviews point to this.
This is a company that claims to care about its consumers. When they write back to reviews they state that it’s all there when you sign up. If it’s there and clear why is there so many people that have fallen victim to your subscriptions?
