on point | Minimal Home Screen

I’ve had the app for a month. After trying many variations on point was the only one that didn’t redirect when using the shortcut workaround. With IOS 18 it does redirect via the app for the first time after unlock, but Im sure it will be fixed and it’s still the better experience. One suggestion: create a blank black page in the app so I can leave that open and the redirect effect for the times it does happen would be less jarring.

trying to automate all of my apps and have realised i can only use 6 widgets at a time? bit of a bummer. can’t seem to really fit enough apps on one widget..

Love this app and bought the pro version! Would love for one thing to be added: could you add an optional feature that randomly changes the order off Apps in a widget, say, every hour? The changing app pattern would prevent „habitual“ app use because you have to search for the app name every time! Still gave you 5 stars but please incorporate this suggestion 🙏🏼🙏🏼

it has definitely improved from *that* update, but it is still hard to use. i deleted this app for a while but came back since i saw it had updated. the workaround for opening apps is good. but the adding new apps is difficult since most of mine aren’t on that list it also won’t let me have two widgets with the free version. i thought i could get max two free widget?

worked for about a week before just sending me straight to the app and telling me that it can’t find the selected app and redirects me to on point; or whenever it does work, its not the same and redirects me to this app before landing on the selected app

I loved this app and had it as my home screen ever since I saw it. Overnight an update got auto installed that ruined everything. First, some of the apps I had have disappeared from my home screen and are no longer available by search. The app used to open the applications automatically but now it opens “on point” first and then switches to the app. Now it’s also asking me to add shortcuts for some apps to work too! The app worked perfectly fine just yesterday and would’ve given it 5 stars if that’s the app I still had, I don’t want to be too harsh and give it a very bad rating now but hopefully these features are fixed and the app is reverted again

Like the app a lot and have paid for premium. Don’t like the new update. Opened my phone this morning and half my apps had disappeared from the widgets. Upon trying to re add them, some aren’t available - Habit Tracker in particular. This was available in the old version. url system is guesswork and I didn’t have any luck. Shortcut system is a work around but is clunky. Ability to customise names has also gone - now my Home Screen is full of “Google This” and “Google that” which is harder to use and less clean. Hoping these issues will be fixed soon…

Loved the app, truly enjoyed using it until the update. I woke up this morning and now rather than the apps launching straight into themselves, the app now routes it through ‘on point / . ‘ and then jumps into the app I clicked. This takes a moment longer and loses the real magic and speed of this app, which is what I really appreciated about it beforehand. I would love to see this back please, for now I’m cancelling my subscription.

After trying the app I paid for the full version, created 3 widgets, and added the essential apps I wanted. Most of my apps are for my daily commute, train times and tickets, bus information etc. If they were on my phone Onpoint could find them. Until this morning. The majority of the apps I use with Onpoint have now disappeared, leaving me with Whatsapp, Messages and Wallet. An update shouldn’t break what’s already there.
