Problem after update.
Yesterday, 07/02/2024, a car charging session was launched from the application. During the charging process, the mobile application “turned off” and when I tried to log in, it asked me to log in again via my mobile phone. When you enter a mobile phone number (Bulgaria), you do not receive an SMS code, without which it is not possible to log into the application under your account and stop the charging session. As a result, after a dozen attempts to receive the SMS code, I had to wait until the end of the charging session to 100% in order to disconnect the electrical cable from the car’s charging socket. More than a day has passed and I still can’t log into the application. The SMS code does not arrive. Technical support please respond!
