No subtitles!
The most popular programs don’t have subtitles, how the app works is horrible the menu doesn’t even function correctly.

This app is sold trough the apple store a round the world. Example, if developer sells this trough Apple store mexico, at least we need to have iba all content Spanish subtitles. That’s logical. Service 👎👎👎👎💩💩💩💩
ADS EVERYWHERE on top of paid subscription!
Ads are all over the place from the moment you open the app to intrusive popups within the video streams itself, and that’s on top of the monthly subscription fees. To make matters worse, they’re losing content to Kocowa and Viki so the newer Korean shows aren’t available here.

I just bought insignia fire tv and ondemand korea app is unavailable.

I buy this service for my 80yo mom who loves Korean TV and this is perfect! If you can read and understand Korean, then this channel has everything you are looking for. If you have problems use google translate. I can’t understand the low ratings! People who wrote it are whacked and can’t find their way out of a paper bag. Do yourself a favor and get this app, you get all the Korean news from different news sources and can watch all the shows actual South Koreans loves to watch. Heck, I watch it with her too! And my kids don’t even speak Korean. Keep up the great work ODK, we really love and appreciate you guys!

Why would you put ads on an app that the users already pay a subscription for? Do you see any other services/platforms doing the same?
Apple TV app is terrible.
Not enough K-dramas and too much Chinese dramas. Srsly who would want to pay for Chinese dramas? ROFL And UI for Apple TV app is the worst OTT app I’ve ever seen. I’m gonna terminate subscription. Not worth the money..
This App irritates!
I have this App on my LG TV and Ipad and it disconnects all the time and it doesn’t load so the screen is just blacked out. I know it’s not the device issue because other App such as Netflix works fine~
