Gave the app a chance after seeing the reviews but for me it just crashes upon selecting the product 😭

The app is not fit for purpose clicked on video to see how to mount the WM4421 tv wall bracket & the video doesn’t even play it just says failure.. the app is not fit for purpose no help what so ever I don’t know why they have even got this app .. one for all seriously need to sort this app out & make it do what it was supposedly meant to do help with there products..!!

App should help with setting TV aerial direction. At the last step, names of all my local transmitters appeared on phone screen, stacked in a column when I faced West. There was no instruction on what to do next. Touching them or the mysterious red arrow did nothing. So close yet so far.

No wonder the developer of this app doesn’t receive feedback from it. All info is useless.

Doesn’t work it thinks all of the transmitters are in the same wrong direction. Whoever released this app should be shot they never even opened it. A total waste of my time.

Wanted to fit a wall bracket. No instructions or help available at all. Completely pointless app. Absolutely useless.

I just wanted to get further assistance with installing a tv wall Mount and all I can choose are antennas 👎

Scanned the QR code on the instructions for a TV wall mount to get the installation app, all it lists is an antenna. Looks just like a data harvest, I’m surprised this is allowed on the App Store.

Scanned the to TV wall mount box to see the fitting instructions and this app is useless don’t work all it’s interested in is getting you to give them access to your privacy.

Downloaded via the QR code to install a TV mount, doesn’t list anything but antennas.
