When I try to enter my DOB when creating my account, it keeps setting it to the current date. Can’t create my account without rectifying.

Now the app doesn’t allow shoppers to pay with their Credit or Debit Cards. Rather we have to be on a queue to pay at the pay points. Previously this app allowed to pay with cards and now has been changed only to pay with their OGF points. Useless.

The app prompts to add a new card for parking payment, but redirects to an unauthorized page despite attempting to add a card. Additionally, redeeming two vouchers doesn't reflect on the payment page. After resolving these issues, it adds another hour. I attempted to pay using a voucher and balance with a card, resulting in a loss of 600 rupees due to app issues. Overall, not a great experience with the app.

Time wasting …

The app doesn’t seems to update itself and the wallet wouldn’t open or load at all. This app would be useful if it could use to pay and scan QR code at the carpark payout but unfortunately the app won’t open to the wallet tab and just keep trying to load it. If the points won’t get updated then what is the use of the app ? Why would the customers require to download and use it? Kindly do the needful to make the app functional, it is shameful for a such a prestigious shopping mall/hotel to not have a basic app working. Make it work on iOS platforms. Thanks hopefully someone from the developer’s teams would read these reviews and do the needful soon.

Why push people to install this app when customers trying to get inside this shopping mall. Stop stealing data from your customers. Such a shame this kinda behavior from shopping mall like this.

After the latest update, cannot connect to my wallet. Point balance shows 0.00 in home page.
