I have other credit union accounts that make transferring easy with Zelle. But One Nevada app is stuck in the old ages.

Useless. Can’t use this account when traveling because they limit access abroad. Can’t change address, close account, etc. It looks like a third grader wrote this app. Terrible bank. Terrible app.

One Nevada Credit Union, is and always has been a delight to do business with. They are progressive, and the staff, both in person and over the phone; have been available and easy to work with. Keep up the great community service everyone! Thank you.

I love the way that I can access my account when I’m on the road with my phone and more in-depth when I’m at home on my computer.

This app is incredibly frustrating! Every time I try to link my external bank account (chase) I keep getting an error. Not sure if it’s the app generating the call that’s the issue or the automated call center it goes to but I cannot get my access code. I’ve tried multiple days to get this done but every time I get the call there’s no automated voice to give the code. Just silence then an auto hang up after 15 seconds. Fix your app please!!!

It's a good app, but you cannot change the extremely faint, small grey fonts and numbers and for seniors' eyes the app is almost unusable. Other banking apps are much more readable. Don't they ever test these apps with users before they put them out there?
