App works good-I’m looking for an app that will lay out the percentages for a 5-3-1 power program for each exercise starting with 90% of a 1 rep max and laying out the workout program for a month or a year at a time taking into account a 5lb increase every month for bench presses, shoulder presses, pull downs and bent over rows. And taking into account a 10lb increase every month for squats, deadlifts, leg press, trap bar.
