With customisation being a key element to fitness success, your workouts with one8 Fitness can be done with bodyweight only (no equipment), equipment of your own choice (selected from a list) or with a full range of gym equipment. This effectively enables you to train wherever and whenever you want. And with close to endless workout variations, the days of boring, one-size-fits-all workouts are over! You can also log other physical activities in the app and gather all your fitness data in one place. Played some cricket? Log it! Went for a run? Log that too! With integrations to Apple Health, external activity syncing is smooth and simple.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & TERMS
Downloading one8 Fitness is free but to access your full workout plan and other features in the app you need a subscription. We offer 3 auto-renewing subscription alternatives; 1-month, 3-month and 12-month. Prices are available on the app’s page on the App Store under “In-App Purchases”. Your subscription automatically renews if not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You will be charged for the next subscription period up to 24 hours before the current subscription expires. When you cancel the auto-renewal, access to the app will not expire immediately, you will have access until the end of the current payment period. Manage your subscription and disable automatic renewal any time in your Apple account settings.
