OneCart: Shopping On Demand

My order was R572 they had me wait two hours for the order, in the last minute of my delivery the call centre called me to say my delivery won’t be delivered and that I will be credited however the funds has not been received on my side so they robbed me in broad daylight… this app is a scam and needs to be removed immediately

The app is generally slow and not slick to use. Perhaps the devs could simplify the UI so that it’s not as clunky. Secondly when I leave the app, I don’t get messages to my home screen to say what the Personal Shopper is experiencing. Really bad user experience. Also there is no way to message the driver to provide updates to them in case of change. Good app and good service from drivers etc. execution needs to be improved though cause this app could save time for a whole lot more people

Never a smooth process. There is always an issue. And you NEVER get everything you order. EVER! My last order was cancelled 30minutes after it was due because the buyers left. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Do not use this app. They over charge you, and add their incorrect prices. There’s less transparency with this app, stuff and they’re definitely a scam. They give out free coupons to use but later complain about customers misusing the coupons, they then take your money without your consent and call you to notify that the have blocked you after they have taken your money. IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU DO NOT USE THE APP!!!! DONT download it or even think of using it. Bloody thief’s.

Think twice before using Onecart. My order was never delivered with no update from Onecart.

I’ve placed an order numerous times as this is the only delivery service that offers Woolworths and Pick ‘n Pay delivery to my area. However, the WhatsApp chat messages get responded to hours later. The shopper does not replace ‘out of stock’ items even though you’ve selected alternatives. And then drivers refuse to collect my order due to the distance being too far. There are way too many glitches for a service that’s been around for so long!

Bought 35 items, got 1 delivered. Unfortunately the person shopping my order was also incredibly rude and impatient. With Checkers really leading the way on how good one can do online food deliveries, it makes this experience even more displeasing.

The eggs I ordered had the wrong price on the website. Onecart wouldn't honor the price, nor would they allow me to buy the eggs at the higher price. Very disappointing experience for my first order. I won't be using this service again.

I have used this app as my go to for some months now and even when I have won a coupon it’s touch and go in the app some are processed successful and others not ? Would be better if all coupons are managed in the app.

never deliver on time, cant ever find the right food, glitchy app and just a unpleasant experience!!
