Unable to onboard
I have been trying to on board with no success, and no clear reason shared on why the application cannot be processed. I’ve tried 5 times
Unable to log in
Useless. Signed up and Submitted documents for verification . Been trying to log back on but keeps saying “no internet connection “ . I thought something was wrong with my WiFi so I switched to mobile data however it keeps saying the same thing. Deleted and reinstalled again but still saying the same thing. Clearly not my internet connection but something is wrong with the app itself.

Useless
I’ve uploaded all my documents to create an account and since doing that I haven been able to login again, it’s been about 4 month I’ve called and the customer service said they can help.

If I could give this app a big fat ZERO I would! completely useless. Just one blank slate occupying space
OneJN app
App not working properly, I can’t log in
Absolutely useless
Initially it worked and you had very limited options to view some services that JN offered but after a few updates the app doesn’t even load. Just asks you to log in and doesn’t even do that. Just use the website and save yourself the headache.
Can’t use the App outside Jamaica
Can’t use the app to sign up when outside of Jamaica - Called CC and they were not able to help. I gave it some time thinking they would eventually fix the issue but nothing…
I can’t even pass the first log in
I had downloaded this app at the Portmore branch while in Jamaica. I signed up and thereafter never able to log in to complete a profile. I back in the US and it’s completely useless. Unable to connect/my internet service is not available etc. So up to now I can’t log in the app
