ABSOLUTELY USELESS
If the application is incompatible with an iPhone then maybe don’t release it on App Store? My mother gifted me the one plus band on my birthday and lo and behold it is absolutely useless for me. Straight up write down on your products that iPhone users should not buy it. What an absolute waste!

I am encountering an issue with the OnePlus Health app on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. The application crashes immediately upon launching after logging in. Could you please provide any solutions or troubleshooting steps to resolve this problem?
Doesn't even connect
This is absolutely shocking. The watch doesn't connect and the 13k I spent on the watch is useless now. Even new and smaller brands have apps that connect to their devices

I am not able to connect with iphone bcoz app getting crash even after watch is connected via bluetooth.
Not working
App does not even show the home page. Each time I try to open it, it crashes back to home screen and I couldn't connect my OnePlus band to it. I request the developer team of OnePlus to seriously look into this and please make a solution for it. Thanks
