OneShop

It used to be great as a Poshmark seller, then they made PM settings more of a background thing and moved toward wholesale lots being sold on their app. Getting to where I needed to be was a pain and you can’t just cancel or pause as you wish, you have to contact someone. I ended up cancelling and finding a new PM bot.

For the last 7 months it hasn’t worked in the slightest. The team keep claiming they’re working on it, but nothing seems to get resolved. After months of waiting for the issues to be fixed I finally asked for a refund and they said no! They pointed to some kind of policy were I’m responsible for paying to fund “research” into fixing bugs even when the app doesn’t work. I’m not an investor I’m a customer. Please save yourself the $45 and the headache.

Now? It’s an expensive closet sharer. Does not refresh Depop and or link to eBay. Unsure about Mercari, as I don’t sell there. Right now, all this $45 month app does is share your closet and refresh stale listings in Poshmark. I canceled and moved on to a MUCH cheaper version that does what it says it does. What a concept, OneShop!! Oh, and if they don’t like your comments, they delete or block you. Shady!!

Would get a better rating if there weren’t so many bugs. Has potential to be really great. Unfortunately, there are many bugs. Mainly with depop. Which is very frustrating as it is my main seller. The accounting tools are nice, although the ‘email report’ bottom doesn’t work. Which means you lose all your previous analytics from the last month unless you take a picture. Customer support is typically responsive but doesn’t seem to be able to solve many problems with these bugs. There are too many to list:/ 6/10. Could be a 10/10 with no bugs.

I have been very disappointed with this app. Depop has not been connected for months, and there are ongoing issues with automated delisting that lead to duplicate sales and ultimately negative feedback. Occasionally, there are also problems with listing items on Mercari. The company claims they are addressing these issues, but nothing seems to be resolved. It has been four months since the last app update, which makes me doubt that they are actually working on fixing the problems. Given the amount sellers are paying, the value provided is not worth it. I highly recommend not signing up until the app has been fixed for each platform it connects to.

This app is like a parasite it will continuously share without you being able to stop it and will get you in share jail very quickly. Support is not helpful at all.

I loved OneShop when I first started using it. It would crosslist, auto de-list, re-list, keep track of what sold, what needed shipping, and even do shares. But then the glitches started. I figured all crosslisting apps must have glitches so I put up with it. Glitches like: Relisting items with a lower price or different title or description; not delisting items when they are sold; and not crosslisting to eBay or Mercari. It became useless within the last month. I hated to lose it and look for a new app, but I couldn’t justify the money I was handing over for an app that no longer works.

Maybe if they said it was a crosslisting listing app for Poshmark and EBay only it would be a five star. The features to help share and refresh on Poshmark is great. It now only delists from EBay and Poshmark. Depop hasn’t worked correctly for over a year and Mercari a good 6 months. If you sell on those platforms prepare for your inventory to be totally messed up.

Tried it for a week. Didn’t increase sales or any extra activity. The Depop feature never worked. Support says they are working on it. Don’t waste your money.

What started as a great experience crashed and burned when the owner & app team became aggressively interested in an IPO track rather than dealing with the massive amount of issue they have with their app. And don’t complain about poor service or design issues, cause they will ban you for hurting their feelings. As unprofessional as it gets. Guarantee they sold their code to Poshmark and now user closets are shadowbanned. Shortsightedly horrible service.
