Percuma ada One Smile apps nya BSD City, di Bora2 Club cluster Greenwich Park sudah booking di one smile untuk ruang olahraga tapi tetep diusir dan kalah sama bookingan lewat kertas yang book nya sama petugas sinarmas di bora2 club!! Udah booking malah diusir sama yang ga booking di one smile karena udah ada "janjian" sama petugas bora2!!! Jadi percuma ada apps onesmile kalo petugas sinarmas sendiri yang tidak mendukung malah mencurangi bookingan ruangan, bukti2nya sudah saya message ke admin onesmile! Padahal jargonnya booking lewat onesmile aman, ternyata tetep kalah sama oknum petugas

Link CS tdk bisa dipakai, sehingga tdk bisa kirim keluhan lewat apps. Bsd link live tracking juga gak ada. Padahal dipromisikan jesana kemari

Please kindly review close button in the pop up banner that appear every open home, i think the touch area is to small, please kindly set bigger touch are for the close button. When we are on a rush to access QR code to open gate, currently i found out its very hard to close the banner, instead of close the banner, i open the banner and redirect to the promo page, so i need to back and this very annoying. Please review the timing or the schedule for this banner, don’t show up in rush hour, specially in the weekday morning, when every is on a rush, we need to access the QR code to open access gate

Ga bisa submit complain karena button submit nya ketutupan keyboard. Sementara keyboard ga bisa ditutup meskipun udah tap di area lain.

Aplikasi ga jelas, Mau bayar tagihan ga bisa, CS gabisa di hubungin udah lebih dari sebulan. Mending bangkrut aja!!
